In the wake of the terrorist attack in Orlando -- and other global aggression by ISIS -- coupled with Rio de Janiero's ongoing money problems, it begs the question if they will be ready, security-wise, should Islamic radicals decide to prey upon the massive crowds gathered to see the world's best athletes compete.
