Seeing Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) men n UK Security Leadership is not so commonplace, and it is disproportionate to the representation of Black, Asian and other minority backgrounds represented in our Security Industries front line.

We will talk to three key distinguished men in a leadership role in the UK Security Industry to ask, ‘What needs to happen and what can we do to help Black and Asian and other minority men see leadership in their own likeness and identify career paths for these aspirational roles.
